This interdisciplinary course teaches basic concepts and practical approaches to health promotion in studies and everyday working life. Participants learn about central approaches to behavioural and situational prevention and deal with strategies for maintaining physical and mental health. To this end, study-specific stressors are identified, working conditions at universities are analysed and health protection measures derived.
The course explores the dynamic interplay between structural factors and individual responsibilities, and how they affect health.
The course is open to students of all disciplines.
